Selection of consultants is competitive and based on test results.


Project teams are staffed by project roles. Consultants being assigned to project manager position undergo training in the PMBoK Project Management Standard.


Prior to project commencement the project manager conducts a training for team members which covers the following information:

  • Client and its industry.
  • Project description and methodology.
  • Composition of project team and roles of team members.
  • Project risks and Client's risks and risk management approaches.

Each team member's performance is measured by project managers using formal criteria and documented.


Project manager's performance is assessed based on the outcome of the project (achievement of project objectives, project profit, customer satisfaction, etc.).
