The Closed Joint-Stock Company “Marketing, Consulting, Design” is established.

A licence for audit activities is issued by the St. Petersburg Chamber of Auditors.

CJSC “Marketing, Consulting, Design” becomes a member of the international network of audit and consulting firms PKF International and started applying the corporate standards and methodology of the network.

The Company becomes a member of the self-regulatory organization of auditors "Nonprofit Partnership Institute of Professional Auditors” (IPAR).

The Company is accredited by the World Bank to audit financial statements of projects financed by the World Bank.

MCD's specialists participate in a seminar on expansion of the practice in applying PPP patterns using the federal funds, holding by the Federal Road Transport Agency (Rosavtodor).

CJSC “Marketing, Consulting, Design” is renamed JSC “MCD”.

JSC “MCD” is inspected by SRO NP IPAR with the highest score "1" and receives a quality assurance certificate for a period of 3 years until 25 December 2018.

MCD’s quality control system is tested (external quality control) for compliance with the requirements of:

• International Standard on Quality Control 1 (ISQC 1)
• IESBA Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants
• International Standards on Auditing for transnational audits
• International Professional Standards Manual of PKF International

The Company becomes a member of the self-regulatory organization of auditors "Nonprofit Partnership Sodruzhestvo Auditors’ Association”
