Recruitment Procedure

If we are interested in your CV, we will contact you via phone or email.

You will be invited to an interview in one of the specialized departments of the company, to fill out a detailed questionnaire, to answer questions of our personnel service, and to get tested for special skills and general knowledge.

In case of favorable decision, you will be offered to sign a job description, confidentiality agreement and employment contract. A probation period of 2-3 months is usually included under employment contracts.



Quality Control Auditor
(Certified Auditor)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring of the quality of auditing services:


  • Participation in development, review and implementation of the standards on auditing applied by the Company on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation; recommendations on review of the obsolete standards
  • Review of project deliverables issued by the Audit Department with regard to compliance with the standards accepted by the Company
  • Participation in preparing tender documentation
  • Monitoring compliance by the company and its employees with the rules of independence and principles of ethics in performing audits and rendering related services
  • Implementation and maintenance of a quality control system
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in economics or financial accounting
  • Auditor’s Qualification Certificate issued after 01 January 2011 (preferably)
  • Membership in one of the self-regulatory organizations of auditors
  • At least 5 year experience in audit or accounting work or preparation of financial statements
  • Knowledge of the English language is a plus

  • The salary depends on the employee’s work experience and knowledge
  • The office is located in 10 minutes from the Petrogradskaya metro station
  • Full-time job: from 9:00 till 17:30 (when at the office) and according to the client’s hours of business (when on site)
  • The remuneration of the employee is set based on his or her experience and qualifications and results of the interview
